Versatile Saddle is a concept that grew organically from an identified gap in the equine market. Following a family horse riding trip it became apparent that riding centres and aspiring riders did not have a suitable saddle designed specifically for the developing rider. Pony saddles and those aimed at novice adults were poorly designed, older models and no consideration was given to comfort and stability of the rider at the start of their riding journey or as the rider developed into a more independent equestrian. A potentially dangerous oversite. Our founder experienced their own child feeling nervous and scared of the movement of the horse because they felt they would fall. Immediately following this experience the team our design team began working on the concept of Versatile Saddle. They were already experienced in manufacturing equestrian products and had solid links to quality materials so they dedicated their design team to a cutting edge, real world saddle solution for the modern, aspiring equestrian.
